Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore) - Bareroot Available November to March - (40 -60cm)

Our own native sycamore is a fast growing round-headed tree with bright green leaves that turn yellow in autumn. Tassels of green-yellow flowers appear with the leaves in spring, followed by well-known winged fruits in autumn. Makes a good coastal tree as it is wind and salt tolerant.  Ulimate height : 20 metres

Planting Sycamore
Will grow in most soils.
Ensure that the planting hole is wide enough to spread out the roots without bending.
Mulch around the sapling leaving a good couple of inches around the trunk to ensure good air circulation.
